Why do I need a home visit?

Our designer will visit you to show you samples of our radiator covers and radiator cover grilles. You can then consider the many personalised options and will be able to see how the cabinet will look in each room.

How much does the Home Design visit cost?

The design visit is free of charge, and you are under no obligation to buy.

Will I be able to see the different finishes?

The designer will bring samples of all our finishes including the radiator cover grilles when they visit so you can appreciate the high quality finish.

Will a Kingston Cabinet fit in bay window?

We are able to design and install radiator covers and radiator grilles for most bay windows.

What happens if I change my mind?

We provide all our customers with a 7 day cancellation period, and a full refund will be made.

Once the designer has left who will I speak to?

Can the radiator cabinet be fitted around my skirting board?

All our radiator covers are expertly installed and scribed to fit perfectly with your skirting board.

Can my cabinet be painted black?

Yes your radiator cover and radiator grille can be finished to a high quality primed and prepared finish for you to paint in the colour of your choice. Alternatively we can offer a colour matching service.

Can I access my valves to adjust the temperature of my radiator?

The radiator covers are front opening to allow easy access for temperature control, cleaning and maintenance.

Will a radiator cover obstruct the flow of warm air into the room?

The radiator cover is designed to convect the heat to maintain your radiators efficiency.

How do I measure for a new radiator cabinet and radiator cover grille?

Kingston Cabinets measure for a made to measure and bespoke fit.

Do the radiator covers arrive fully assembled or flat packed?

All Kingston Cabinets arrive fully assembled ready for our expert fitters to install the radiator cover and radiator grille.

What quality of paint is used?

All paints used on our radiator covers and radiator grilles are of the highest quality specifications and are at the forefront of performance whilst minimising environmental impact.

Can a Kingston Cabinet be used in a kitchen or bathroom?

All our radiator covers are moisture resistant so can be used in a kitchen or a bathroom.

What happens if I damage my radiator cabinet or radiator grille?

Our after sales service is second to none, contact us and we will discuss the available options for repair to your radiator cover or radiator grille.
